Professional Accomplishments

  • During her research fellowship year, Dr. McNulty worked with the Dog Aging Project, a prospective, longitudinal, community science research project studying aging in over 50,000 dogs throughout the United States. Through this project, she developed and implemented the End of Life Survey, designed to learn essential details about participating dogs who had passed away. This survey and its results have been published several times in scientific journals.
  • Through the non-profit organization Christian Veterinary Mission, Dr. McNulty has participated in trips to Mongolia, Uganda, Guatemala and the Navajo nation in Arizona to treat animals with limited access to veterinary care and demonstrate God’s love to their owners.

Personal Interests

  • Dr. McNulty enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, reading, and playing piano, trumpet, and clarinet.
